Ordering from Silver-Jewelry

We make every effort to ensure that items listed as in stock, actually are. However, inventory levels change daily and occasionally some items may be unexpectedly unavailable. In that event, any other items ordered will be shipped and you will be notified of any backorders. You may opt to apply those funds to another item or receive a refund if you do not wish to wait for a backorder. We cannot guarantee the timing of any backorders.

All orders are manually reviewed before finalizing payment with the credit card company. This review is conducted in order to reduce the possibility of fraudulent orders placed. We will contact by telephone the cardholder of any order that appears suspicious in order to confirm its validity. If we cannot reach the cardholder, the order will be cancelled and the charge will not be put through.

Each day's credit card payments are finalized at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All orders received and reviewed by 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Mon - Thursday, will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will keep you apprised.

We accept the following credit cards: Discover, American Express, Visa & MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Silver-Jewelry. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you).

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. Return Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase to us for a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days. No hassles. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
